Like almost all current high-end Android smartphones, the Honor Magic 4 Pro also relies on the currently most powerful Qualcomm processor – the Snapdragon 8 Gen.1. accompanied by 8 GB of RAM. This ensures excellent performance and even delivers one of the best graphics performance in comparison (to the leaderboard). The equipment is also at a very good level and only lacks a jack connection, among other things.
However, the highlight of the Honor Magic 4 Pro is the very good OLED display: In the test, the 6.8-inch screen delivered excellent values in terms of color space coverage, brightness and contrasts. In addition, the Magic 4 Pro offers an adaptive refresh rate between 1 and 120 Hertz.
The 4,600 mAh battery of the Honor Magic 4 Pro, which is quickly drained by the not exactly energy-efficient Snapdragon processor, was less popular in the test.
