The UV Index is a number between 0 and 10 that indicates the intensity of UV radiation at a particular location.
The higher the number, the greater the risk of damage from the sun’s UV rays.
UV Index is intended to be used as a simple guide to help you protect yourself against the harmful effects of the sun.
It’s not intended to replace other forms of sun protection such as seeking shade, wearing sunscreen, and wearing sunglasses.
But this type of data can be used in so many different ways that we just don’t have enough space to list them all here.
